This class is designed for women who may be looking for the next level up from Early Fit Mums workouts. The lumbo pelvic region is getting stronger and you are ready for a greater challenge with your workouts. Babies are very welcome! Please bring your own workout mat, some toys and something for your baby to lie on. Car seats are welcome in the hall and if your baby is asleep upon arrival, feel free to bring them into the hall in their car seats.
In this class, you can expect short bursts of high intensity exercise working you harder and challenging your fitness. However, each exercise will be low impact so protecting the postpartum body and its continued rehabilitation. Just like with the Early fit mums class, each exercise will be selected to address postural imbalances, aches and pains associated with pregnancy and caring for a little one. Whilst the Early fit Mums class provides a solid foundation of re-connecting with the body and learning how to ‘wake -up’ and re-engage sleepy muscles, Fit Mums class continues this journey with a bit more sweat and with the aim of reaching your fitness goals whether that’s shedding baby weight or feeling fitter and stronger and back to your old self.
