This class is designed for women following their 6-8 week appointment with the GP. Babies are very welcome, please bring your own workout mat, some good toys and something for your baby to lie on. Car seats are welcome in the hall – If your baby is asleep upon arrival, feel free to bring them into the hall in their car seats while you workout.
Good posture alignment and return to functional movement remains at the heart of this class. The importance of re-engaging the muscles of the pelvic floor will be addressed and exercises to gradually strengthen the pelvic floor will be woven into each class. You will learn how to mindfully build strength into your lumbo pelvic area on and off the mat.
